Ordering Information
Customers may order through Email, phone or mail. Simply send us an email noting the figure
codes and quantities you want, and include your ship to address, and we will ship the
requested items to you as soon as possible. Or, if you prefer, you may simply print out the
HTML form using your browser's print button; or simply call us and leave your
order on our voice mail at (801) 563-5956. Note that pre-payment
before shipment is not required because we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee (see below).
Satisfaction Guarantee - Everything we sell is unconditionally
guaranteed. We want you to be pleased with your order. Merchandise may be returned in original,
undamaged condition within 30 days of our shipping date for refund or replacement.
Payment - If you are happy with the products you receive from
us, payment is due within 14 days of receipt. We accept personal or cashier's checks or money
orders drawn in US funds; Paypal (gajominis@aol.com), or Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex. If you prefer to charge
your order we recommend ringing us or leaving your details on our voice mail at (801)
563-5956 rather than sending your details through email.
Shipping - we charge a flat $7 shipping and handling fee on
each orders to a US domestic, APO, Canadian or Mexican address, and a flat $12 shipping and handling
fee for shipments anywhere else in the world. Domestic US and APO addresses ship via US Postal
Priority Mail, for delivery within 2-3 business days. All other addresses ship via air post. If you
require a faster form of shipment (guaranteed overnight, etc.) we are happy to arrange that, the
charge will be the actual cost of the expedited rate.
GAJO Used - GAJO Used is a separate entity located approximately 1 hour north of GAJO Games. Orders for used figures are processed and shipped separately by Bart at GAJO Used. Separate shipping charges apply on orders for used figures.
Discounts - we offer the following discounts on very large
orders. US orders in excess of $600 receive free shipping; all orders in excess
of $1,000 receive a 10% discount. Note that discounts apply these discounts do not apply to
used figure lots.
